We have several maintenance service options for customer to choose from. Our technician is MBS certified. We guarantee our work for customer satisfactory. If there is same problem occured during 3 month after the service, we will repair it free of charge.

Basic service rates are depend on the software program we support. Refer to the software solution pricing info. All our product carry 1 year manufacturer warranty. This service does not include hardware, spare part or additional cost inccur for repairing software module. In this service we include:

• Repair for software and hardware
• Customer needs to send and pickup their repaired hardware
• For on-site service, we will charge additional Rp. 150,000 per computer per day(max 5 hours)
